深圳长富金茂大厦项目顺利通过超限高层建筑工程抗震设防专项审查

2010年1月12日，深圳长富金茂大厦在项目组全体同事和领导的努力下，顺利通过了由深圳市规划局主持、深圳建筑结构行业的各位专家参与评审的“超限高层建筑工程抗震设防专项审查”。

长富金茂大厦是以甲A级办公为主（大屋面高295m），辅以办公配套公寓和相应的会议展览和商业设施的大型超高层建筑。主楼地上共68层，主体高度为295m（大屋面），结构类型为框架－核心筒－伸臂结构。
