2012年1月11日，AUBE(欧博设计)在“塘朗车辆段A区建筑概念设计方案”国际竞赛第二轮方案评审会中荣获第一名。

项目位于深圳市南山区，建筑面积26.1万平米，建筑高度200米，为地铁上盖城市综合体设计，旨在优化周边城市环境，协调项目与塘朗生态保护区、大学城以及保障性住宅之间的对话关系。
