As the west side of the project is adjacent to Guanshan Park, the topography is undulating, how to effectively use the topography and rational planning layout is the primary problem that needs to be solved for this project. Secondly, as the headquarters building of Zhongtian City Investment Group, it should be the supreme point and visual center of the whole Guiyang Ecological International Conference and Exhibition Center complex, and the visual center of Guanshan Lake natural ecological park of nearly 5 million square meters and the whole exhibition city. For this reason, the ten office units of 201 Building are suspended 36 meters above the ground, leaving the visual channel between the natural scenery of Guanshan Lake Park on the west side and the Convention and Exhibition Center on the east side. It breaks the dull appearance of most of the existing office buildings, while avoiding the traditional layout of separate internal and external spaces. The use of the new structural system of the office unit greatly liberates the office space from the constraints. The office units can be freely combined with the sky garden, making the office and the garden respond to the internal and external integration.
The spiraling trend of the office units and the towering posture of the building showcase the dynamic momentum of the Jinyang New District and the exhibition economy.
