Shenzhen OCT Xiangshanli Phase IV
The project is located in the northwest area of Overseas Chinese Town, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, adjacent to Beihuan Avenue to the north, Xiangshan West Street to the south, Shahe East Road to the west, and the famous business golf across the road; to the east are three residential areas, Xiangshanli, Qiaocheng Xingyuan and Shoudi RongYu; the transportation is convenient and the location is superior.
Xiangshanli Phase IV cleverly utilizes the height difference of the terrain and sets the bus terminal and commercial in the semi-basement, combined with the semi-basement garage to raise the elevation of the central garden and maximize the view of the garden. As a continuation of the OCT area, Xiangshanli Phase IV follows the mechanism of the area, with four point-type super high-rise towers placed on top of the elevated garden platform, exhausting the surrounding landscape resources, reducing the impact of the surrounding city roads and improving the comfort of living.
