Peninsula City State Garden Phase III

The project is located on the south side of Wanghai Road, Dongjiao Tou, Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen; east of the 15 km coastal recreation zone and across the sea from the Western Corridor, becoming the first impression of Hong Kong's gateway to Shenzhen; with the mountains at the back and the sea at the front, the landscape resources are very superior.

Planning

Starting from the planning layout, the central landscape axis is set up with nature as the neighbor, which leads to the mountains and the sea and is ecologically permeable; at the same time, the landscape sightline is maximized and 70% of users directly enjoy a line of sea view.

Architecture

Adhering to the design principle of "simplicity and unity in large scale, surprise and interesting change in small scale", the unity is sought in the change, the horizontal line elements of the coastal dynamic are defined by the vertical line of the mountain wall, the color tone except for the horizontal line of the mountain wall and balcony is white aluminum plate, the rest are blue and gray tones as the background.

The plain folded white aluminum panel gives the mountain wall a sculptural sense. With the rotation of the seasons and the changing position of the sun during the day, the strength and weakness of the mountain wall will inadvertently leave the imprint of home in people's minds. By recording time with sunlight, the designer hopes to create an inadvertent sense of belonging.

Ye Shengtao "swam in three lakes" "listen to the lake waves lapping the shore, quite monotonous, but there is a rhythm." Hegel believed that "architecture is frozen music". The overhanging balconies of the project towers are combined in a simple and logical way to form a diverse unity, like music, which well explains the spirituality and rhythm of coastal architecture.

Landscape

The overall design concept is "seafront courtyard", using modern techniques to explore the spiritual core of the oriental landscape, giving it the ideological culture of Zen garden and meeting the functional needs of modern life of users.

With people as the core and space as the medium, the design explores the intrinsic functional needs of the specific user groups to build a living community into the sea that is feasible, watchable, playable and liveable. "The spatial structure of the front courtyard, the backyard, the yard and the corridor is linked together, emphasizing the relaxation, tranquility, calmness and transcendence of the three courtyards, namely, "to the mirror", "to the sound" and "to the heart", The landscape atmosphere is relaxed, tranquil, calm and transcendent.

To the realm" man and nature - to the natural external realm

The greenery of the distant mountains is drawn to form a lush and verdant courtyard, where one is in the middle and faces the outside, with nature as the mirror. The sunlight and greenery reflect the warmth of the heart, while the children's play, the babies' crawling and the old people's smiling faces reflect the harmony and beauty of man and nature.

Listening to the Sounds" People and People ---- Listening to the Rare Sounds of the World

The lively sounds of neighbors, the joyful sounds of family gatherings, the laughter of children playing in the distance, and the natural sounds of wind, rain, and birds ...... are all rare sounds in a busy world.

View of the Heart" Man and himself - View from within

The viewing corridor and the thinking room create a meditation space to stay and rest, where one can face one's truest self, watch and think about the forest, constantly think and discover, and find one's true inner self.

The room flows in the shadow of the forest, the building has the same root as the wood, the guest lives in the painting, the habitat is symbiotic with the creation, like entering a painting ......
