Shenzhen Qiaocheng Place
Located in the core area of OCT in Nanshan District, Qiaocheng Square is an upgrade project of OCT East Industrial Zone. By redefining, designing and transforming some industrial buildings in the industrial zone, the 350,000 sq. ft. complex presents a new working and living space with distinctive post-industrial characteristics and becomes a new urban base integrating "creativity, design and art". The north-south pedestrian axis connects the entrance square in the south of the base, the green leisure square in the middle and the public green open space of the sports field in the northeast; the outer public ring road is arranged along the perimeter of the site to connect with the main urban arteries; the inner public ring road is arranged around the central multi-storey building and public square to connect with all the surrounding high-rise buildings; the green leisure square in the center of the site is organically combined with the multi-storey integrated industrial housing to form a three-dimensional open leisure space.
