Konka Building
The design respects the general principle of urban planning while taking into account its own spatial identity and independence. The building volume mainly occupies the north, east and southeast sides of the site, continuing the urban architectural street wall of Shennan Road while forming a more complete urban interface with the three 120-meter high-rise office buildings planned for construction in the southeast, creating an overall harmonious atmosphere of regional places.
The first letter "K" of the Konka logo is abstracted to the façade of the building facing Shennan Road and cut into two huge triangular openings within the 100-meter height of the building, with the upper and lower openings combined with the aerial greening platform to form a vague green letter "K "This is also a hint to the corporate culture of "Green Konka". At the same time, a large LED display is set up at the upper opening, and the lower opening is partially elevated as a part of the building, forming a huge doorway to facilitate the flow of people in the direction of Shennan Road and the southern entrance plaza.
