Shuibei Jewelry Headquarters Building
The project is located in Shuibei Industrial Zone, Buxin, Luohu, Shenzhen, close to the core area of Luohu trade, in the northern part of Shenzhen jewelry industry gathering base, near the municipal center area, and connected to Shuibei Station of Metro Line 3.
The project has a total construction area of 245,663.77 square meters, including two super high-rise towers, of which the 48-story tower of Block A is for R&D office and supporting single dormitory, with a helipad on the roof; the 35-story tower of Block B is for R&D office, and the bottom is connected by a 5-story commercial podium and a 4-story basement. The structure type is frame shear wall and frame core structure.
The project site is tight, there are few municipal roads to connect, the height difference between north and south within the site is large, and the traffic pressure is high, so it is difficult to solve the problem by using the conventional planar traffic design.
In order to solve the inherent deficiency of topography, the commercial podium adopts a unique double first floor design, which effectively connects the north and south municipal roads through the internal roads of the site and together form the traffic ring of the project, which greatly improves the efficiency of traffic flow. At the same time, the commercial line runs through the north and south entrances, which brings the people flow to the project and plays a good role in gathering popularity.
The project always upholds the ideal of "serving the city and giving emotion to the building", while focusing on the sustainable operation of the super-high rise, and well integrating architectural technology and architectural aesthetics. The high practicality and economy of the main structure, the comfortable functional space, and the elegant appearance of the building highlight the special style and spiritual value of the jewelry industry, and create another iconic jewelry market in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The building façade adopts hard and simple lines to reflect the characteristics of crystal and gemstones. The image of the north and south towers is square and upright, and the special glass curtain wall design creates a radiant pattern effect. The design of the podium echoes the image of the towers, using simple and bright materials to create a light and elegant appearance temperament, highlighting the special style and spiritual value of the jewelry industry.
