Pingshan Innovation Plaza
Located at the intersection of Pingshan Avenue and Rongchang Road in the northwest of the central area of Pingshan District, Pingshan Innovation Plaza is an innovative SME headquarters base built by the Pingshan District Government. Surrounded by seven high-rise towers and several multi-storey buildings, Pingshan Innovation Plaza covers a total area of 50,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 370,000 square meters. The overall level planning adopts the strategy of inward clustering, with the staggered towers combined with podiums and interspersed double-layered connecting platforms to enclose a shared garden. The layout of the site takes advantage of the existing height difference and combines sunken plazas and airy green leisure platforms to form a richly layered and pleasantly scaled pedestrian space system in the neighborhood. The basement connection ensures that the parking resources of the four plots are shared, while the second floor corridor ensures that their commercial functions are interconnected and complementary, creating a scale effect.
