The architectural image is majestic and integrated, with orderly changes and vivid details. Design of flexible functions make the product sell well, and construction cost can be controlled. As the three phases of the project are developed together, a dynamic center of the industrial new town is formed which will be a cornucopia of people and momentum. Principle of commerce here is theme, openness and flexibility. Open commercial experience based on recreation and entertainment agrees with children-oriented businesses and family short-term holidays. Commercial area and location are both adjustable from small shop for fast selling to anchor shop, so as to satisfy different business models. Product layout is generally divided into two parts. Property for returning owners are economical with good quality, while property owned by the client are designed with flexible functions for easy selling. Storey height of towers for returning owners is 3.9 m with square floor layout and high usage rate. Smart M&E design ensures economy and meets grade A office building requirements. Towers owned by the client are designed as loft with storey height of 4.5m, which can be further shaped and developed to satisfy various uses.
