Phase IV of Shenzhen OCT Xiangshanli Garden
The project is located in northwest area of Overseas Chinese Town of Nanshan, Shenzhen, with North Ring Road on the north, Xiangshan West Road on the south. It sits on the east of Shahe East Road and Noble Merchant Golf Club is just across the road. And there are three residential communities to its east side including Xiangshanli Garden, OCT Xinyuan and Honor of the City. With convenient transportation, it is situated at an outstanding location.
Design of Phase IV of Xiangshanli Garden cleverly makes use of the terrain height difference to arrange bus terminal and commercial space at semi-underground level, together with garage at the semi-underground level. It elevates central grand garden and maximizes landscape sight line. As extension of Overseas Chinese Town, Phase IV of Xiangshanli Garden follows the layout of the city with four dotted super-high-rise towers at the elevated garden platform, so as to utilize surrounding landscape resources, lower influence on nearby city roads and improve living.
