Design shows respect to the principle of urban planning while considering space identification and independence of the project. Building volume mainly covers the north, east and southeast parts of the plot, extending the architecture walls of Shennan Road. It forms a complete city fa?ade together with the three 120-meter high-ris office buildings planned in the southeast side, and contributes to a harmonious venue atmosphere.
First letter K in the logo of KONKA is abstracted to be showed on the fa?ade along Shennan Road by cutting two triangle openings which are 100 meters above the ground. The two openings together with the hanging green platform forms a green letter K, which is a indication of KONKA’s culture “green KONKA”. At the same time, a LED screen is place at the upper opening. The lower opening is used as a part of the architectural aerial structure, forming a large gateway for people flow from Shennan Road and a connection for the gateway square in the south.
