Longgang Intelligent Homeland
Longgang Intelligent Homeland is a practice of a stereo city via transportation branches, mixed functions, ecology and energy saving and fun public space. It will be developed into a smart urban complex integrating office for research and development, commerce, talent apartment and supporting service, with pleasant walking streets and vigorous blocks of high-density. Design shows respect for the city and follows industry park development trends which is highly people-oriented, giving weight to landscape and equipped with appropriate entertainment. Other features of the project include mixed functions, multi-layer transportation, multiple grounds, interaction and connection between people flow and open space and changing views along with moving steps. Ecological energy saving strategy of low technology requirement is used to reduce energy consumption of the building.
